Terms and Conditions
1.1 LTEX.SK is the internet shop operator:

(hereinafter referred to as the operator)
1.2 The Customer is the person (company) who has selected and paid for services or goods at www.ltex.sk. The customer must in the order, respectively. when registering, state the address of delivery or other contact details accurately and truthfully. The order is an order for the operator to realize the ordered, paid goods from the customer. All orders placed through www.ltex.sk are binding.
1.3 To place orders, select the goods through your shopping cart, then go to the checkout, specify the delivery method and payment method, and place your order. After you place your order, you will receive a copy of your order by email. Orders over $ 500 ($ 331.94) will be verified by phone no later than the next business day after receiving your order.
2 Delivery of Goods
2.1 The Operator undertakes to deliver the correct type and quantity of goods as stated at the time of the order, based on the order of the Client at the agreed price. Each order will be accompanied by an invoice.
2.2 If the delivered shipment is damaged, the customer rather complaints with the delivery person when receiving the goods and immediately informs the operator of this fact. Subsequently, the customer is obliged to provide maximum cooperation in resolving the complaint.
2.3 The Customer undertakes to take over the ordered goods and pay the agreed price for the ordered goods.
2.4 Goods ordered through the website <a"LTEX medical clothing" href="https://www.ltex.sk"> www.ltex.sk are sewn on the basis of the order, therefore we supply it in period 7- 21 days. We will notify the customer if the delivery time is longer.
3 Postage and Packing Fees
3.1 The Goods are delivered to the Client via the UPC courier service with postage and packing in the amount of 4.95EUR up to the order amount of 199.16EUR. Oversized goods and goods weighing more than 20 kg are sent by courier for an appropriate fee.
4 Replacement of goods
4.1 If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods, simply send it back to our address within 14 calendar days of receipt of the shipment. The goods will be exchanged by mutual agreement. Goods must be delivered intact, as received from the operator and capable of resale, with all documents (such as invoice, proof of receipt of goods, warranty card and others). Replacement refers to size. We will try to handle each case to the full satisfaction of the customer. The cost of replacing the goods shall be borne by the Customer.
5 Payment Terms
5.1 For the ordered goods via www.ltex.sk, the Customer may pay by means of:
advance invoice - an advance invoice will be issued to your e-mail, which you entered during registration. you will find all the necessary information to pay for the order (variable symbol, account number, amount, etc.)
5.2 Payments for Orders shall be received centrally to the Operator's account at Tatrabank, Account No .: 2624787808/1100.
5.3 The minimum value of goods that can be ordered through www.ltex.sk is 19,92EUR. Important: if you don't exceed this amount, the system will not allow you to complete your purchase.
5.4 The information provided through the order form is for the sole purpose of providing a specific service and will no longer be provided to third parties or otherwise commercially used.
6 Warranty conditions
6.1 Warranty conditions are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code no. 40/1964 Coll. as amended. The warranty period is 24 months, unless otherwise specified for a specific product and begins to run on the day of receipt of the goods by the customer. 6.2 If you have received goods from us that are damaged or inoperable, please contact the Operator as soon as possible.
The operator will decide on the complaint immediately, in difficult cases within 7 working days. This period does not include the time required for expert assessment of the defect. However, the claim must not take longer than 30 days to process.
6.3 After receipt of the goods, the buyer is obliged to inspect the goods and check the completeness of the goods and the relevant documents (tax document, invoice). Later claims concerning missing goods cannot be accepted and such claim will be considered unjustified.
If the goods handed over to the buyer do not correspond to the quality stated by the seller on its website, the buyer is obliged to notify the seller within 2 working days of receipt. Goods.
Additional claims of this type will not be accepted.
If it is an irremovable defect that prevents the item from being properly used as a defect-free item, the customer has the right:

6.4 The warranty provided does not apply
(a) for defects caused by wear or excessive use of the item; (c) defects caused by improper handling, care and maintenance of the goods than recommended by the manufacturer or supplier;
(d) defects caused by mechanical damage to the goods occurring after their receipt buyer,
(e) goods used with a defect, if the use of the defective goods prevents the defect from being removed or increases the extent of the defect,
(f) defects and damage caused by contamination of the goods or parts thereof as a result of /> (g) defects and damage to the goods caused by the purchaser himself
h) for the exchange of goods for other goods (if the goods have been damaged and the claim will be exchanged for the same goods)

j) for replacement of treated goods (narrowing, extension, shortening, ...)
6.5 The claimed goods must comply with hygienic requirements, they must be clean (they must not be dirty, wet, smelly, ...)
6.6 The claimed goods must be sent in the same way as received from the Provider
6.7. Undamaged replacement goods must be shipped completely as received from the Operator.
8.6 Ways of handling the claim can be as follows: repair, replacement of goods for new t goods (the same type of goods as claimed), rejection of the claim
If the shipment was in good condition and the defects or defects appear on the delivered goods during the warranty period, you have the right to claim the product immediately after the defect is discovered for up to two years.
When sending goods for a claim it is necessary to enclose:

The complaint received in this way will be sent for processing.
The complaint period begins on the day the goods are received for operation.
Within the statutory period (within 30 days), you will be informed of the result of the complaint. which do not meet all required guidelines will be automatically disapproved.
7.1 It is legally possible to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason (ie return of goods) within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. The goods must be delivered intact, as received from the operator and capable of resale with all documents. This period is maintained if you send a notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal. Together with the withdrawal it is necessary to return the goods and send it by post to: L-TEX com s. r.o., Hurbanova 56, 911 01 Trencin. Please do not send goods cash on delivery. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
8.1 Registration Data
As the Client, you must complete the registration or order form with the billing information required for proper order processing (posting and delivery). These are:

If the Customer acts as a legal entity, it should also add the following information:
VAT ID / TIN
All data are stored in a protected database on the Operator's server and are provided upon the Customer's login upon its next purchase. The Client may change the data according to the current data after logging in.
8.2 During the Customer's visit, the Provider's server stores temporary information that is necessary for the proper functioning of the store (eg shopping cart content, site visit time, and where you arrived from the site).
8.3 Deactivating the registration and deleting the e-mail from the distribution message If the Client wishes to cancel the registration, he shall contact the Operator on his contact details. Registration will be disabled.
8.4 Opinion on Providing Your Personal Information
We do not disclose your information to any other entities except organizations with whom cooperation is necessary to properly process your order. These are mainly banks (in some cases providing your name), delivery services (delivery address). However, this information is always provided on a one-time basis to process your specific order.
8.5 By submitting the data, the User expresses his / her consent to the processing of personal data as amended by Act no. 428/2002 Coll. On the protection of personal data in information systems.
9 Final Provisions
9.1 All legal relations arising between the Provider and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
9.2 The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions.
9.3 These specific terms and conditions of www.ltex.sk enter into force on 13 June 2014.
